Your Profile
Managing your account profile on Envision Portal.
Your profile page is available at /app/profile. It shows your account details and lets you update them.
What You Can Update
- Display name - The name shown to other team members when you are listed as a contributor or dataset member
- Email address - The email used to log in and receive notifications
- Password - Change your password at any time
Your Name on Datasets
When you are added as a contributor to a dataset's metadata (under the Team tab), your name and affiliation are entered manually and are independent of your profile. Updating your profile display name does not automatically update contributor records on existing datasets.
Account Security
If you believe your account has been compromised:
- Change your password immediately from the profile page.
- Contact the platform administrator to review recent activity on your account.
