Creating an Account

How to register and verify your account on Envision Portal.

Registration

Envision Portal uses an invite-only signup system. To create an account, you must first receive a platform invitation email from an existing administrator.

Once you have the invitation:

  1. Click the link in your invitation email or go to /signup.
  2. Fill in your name, email address, and a password (minimum 8 characters).
  3. Submit the form.

Email Verification

After registering, a verification email is sent to the address you provided. You must verify your email before you can use the platform.

  1. Open the verification email.
  2. Click the verification link. It will redirect you to /verify-email and activate your account.
  3. You can now log in at /login.

Verification links expire after 30 minutes. If yours has expired, log in and follow the prompt to resend a new verification email.

Logging In

Go to /login and enter your email address and password. On success you are redirected to your dashboard.

If you forget your password, use the Forgot password link on the login page to receive a reset email.
